shipping policy

Flat rate shipping is $8 unless otherwise noted.
ALL orders will be shipped at most feasible price and estimated delivery time. Shipments average 3 - 5 days from date tracking is received. Tracking will be provided through email.
Due to nature of product, Ethereal Etchings LLC is NOT responsible for "lost/missing" shipments. Please ensure address provided for shipment is correct prior to completing your order. Contact the carrier's Customer Service for assistance on "lost/missing" mail; open a claim
If an order is non-deliverable due to buyer error and/or home/delivery issue, buyer must REORDER as normal. NO discounts or reductions in price will be given due to buyer error/issue and having to recreate an order.
Order pickup will ONLY take place in Hampton, VA area and pickup must be accomplished within 5 days of order completion date (given at time of order). NO EXCEPTIONS!
If order is not picked up within 5 days of completion, products become property of Ethereal Etchings LLC and no refund will be provided.

Ethereal Etchings will make every attempt to provide customer satisfaction, however due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns/exchanges
